The best or average work out is 30 minutes brisk walking along with some light weight training with dumbbells will give full body work out and maximum results.
If you do brisk walking on alternate days then you can schedule lightweight training in the days in between. So by changing the exercise style and routine yourself, make it more interesting and funny to do with eagerness.
