Which exercise is best for excess fat on the body?
Any physical activity which increases your heart beat to your target heart rate. You need to exercise hard enough to raise your heart rate enough to burn more fat effectively. This will increase the metabolism and burns the fat in to energy spend in the activity.
No doubt, by loosing weight you will look good. Apart from looking good loosing weight have many other health benefits. By loosing some 10 to 20 % of body weight will reduce the risk of heart attack, reduce cholesterol level, increase good cholesterol and reduce bad cholesterol level in the blood.
The first step to loose weight is your commitment to do this cardiac workout or aerobic work out for 30 minutes the minimum to 1 hr normal, at least four times a week. By doing this aerobic exercise, your cardiac output will increase, metabolism will increase, fat will decrease and in about one month you will feel more energetic than what you are now.
Make your exercise more interesting so that you will not get bored for doing. Anything from brisk walking, jogging, skipping, spinning are among few of the aerobic exercises. The best or average work out is 30 minutes brisk walking along with some light weight training with dumbbells will give full body work out and maximum results.
If you do brisk walking on alternate days then you can schedule lightweight training in the days in between. So by changing the exercise style and routine yourself, make it more interesting and funny to do with eagerness.
